01 General Information

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal basis governing the jx8 platform and all its associated services ("Services"). jx8 (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the platform", or "jx8") operates an online gaming and betting platform for users in Bangladesh ("members", "you").

Opening an account, playing any game, or depositing or withdrawing funds through our website or application means you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

jx8 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

02 Eligibility and Age Requirements

Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, jx8 reserves the right to cancel them and withhold any deposited funds. 3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.

3.3 Updating Your Information

If your registered phone number, email address, or payment method changes, you must update it promptly. jx8 is not responsible for any issues with deposits or withdrawals resulting from outdated information.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

To deposit funds into jx8, you may use the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposits must come from your own bank or mobile banking account — deposits via third parties are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes after verification. Withdrawals will only be sent to your own registered payment method.

• Your account must have completed full verification (KYC) before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of funds linked to a bonus require the wagering conditions to be met.
• jx8 may temporarily suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

jx8 processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted. Where currency conversion is required, the prevailing market rate will apply.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

jx8 offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. Each offer has its own applicable terms and conditions. General bonus rules are outlined below:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be met to use this bonus. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳2,500 × 15 = ৳37,500 in bets before you can withdraw.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonuses may only apply to specific games — please refer to the details of each offer.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed across multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or household.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, jx8 may cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Separate special benefits apply for VIP members.

06 Gaming Rules and Prohibited Activities

jx8 is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Intentionally exploiting any technical error or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots or software to conduct gaming activity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Colluding with other members (coordinated cheating).
• Attempting to hack or alter the platform's code or systems.
• Operating multiple accounts using false information.

If a member is found to be involved in any of the above prohibited activities, jx8 may cancel the account and seize associated funds without prior notice.

07 Security and Privacy

jx8 uses SSL encryption and modern data protection technology to safeguard your personal information. The information you provide is used solely for delivering services, verifying identity, and fulfilling legal obligations.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by jx8

jx8 may temporarily or permanently suspend your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.

• Direction from legal authorities or a court order.

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

09 Limitation of Liability

jx8 bears no legal liability for the following:

• Interruption to games or betting due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• Loss resulting from your account password or information falling into the hands of another person.
• Delays or errors with third-party payment services.
• Changes or discontinuation of services due to changes in law.

10 Changes and Updates to the Terms
